Dr. Vicki Schnell received her medical degree from Baylor College of Medicine in 1983, where she also completed her internship and residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology. She furthered her training by completing a two-year fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility at Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan. Prior to opening her private medical practice in 1993, Dr. Schnell worked as Assistant Professor at the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston Branch. Currently, she serves as an Associate Clinical Professor. Dr. Schnell is board certified in both Obstetrics/Gynecology and in Reproductive Endocrinology/Infertility.

Jerry A. Sims, M.D., FACOGJerry A. Sims, M.D., FACOG

Dr. Jerry Sims received his medical degree from the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine in 1986, where he also completed his internship and residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology. Dr. Sims furthered his training by completing a two-year fellowship in reproductive medicine at the Eastern Virginia Graduate School of Medicine in Norfolk, Virginia. Dr. Sims is board-certified in Obstetrics/Gynecology and is a Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer.

John R. Crochet, Jr., M.D., FACOGJohn R. Crochet, Jr., M.D., FACOG

Dr. Crochet is a native Southeast Texan with family residing in the Houston Bay Area and Golden Triangle. His goal is to provide a personalized and evidenced-based approach to each family hoping to expand. Dr. Crochet trained in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility at Duke University in Durham, North Carolina. He completed his residency in Obstetrics & Gynecology at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas in 2009. In 2005, he received his medical degree from the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston after graduating magna cum laude from Texas A&M University with a B.S. in Genetics.

Dr. Crochet is an accomplished physician-scientist and has published on various topics including operative hysteroscopy, diminished ovarian reserve, polycystic ovary syndrome, uterine fibroids, hormone function and ectopic pregnancy. He has garnered commendations for teaching as well as awards for excellence in laparoscopic and endoscopic surgery and ultrasonography. Dr. Crochet is board-certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology by the American Board of Obstetrics & Gynecology and is an active candidate for board certification in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility.

Candice O'Hern PerfettoCandice O'Hern Perfetto, M.D., FACOG

Dr. Candice O'Hern Perfetto completed her fellowship training in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility at Stanford University School of Medicine in 2014. While at Stanford University, she participated in resident education as a Clinical Instructor in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology, as well as earned recognition as the "Ernest and Amelia Gallo Post-Doctoral Fellow" for her research in recurrent pregnancy loss and embryo implantation. In 2011, Dr. Perfetto was the Chief Resident of Obstetrics and Gynecology at The George Washington University Medical Center in Washington, DC. She received her medical degree from Georgetown University School of Medicine in 2007.

Dr. Perfetto is committed to patient-centered care and has been recognized by her colleagues and patients for her outstanding clinical and surgical skills. She is experienced in all areas of infertility and has special interests in recurrent pregnancy loss, oocyte cryopreservation and improving infertility treatment outcomes. She is board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology (ABOG), a fellow of the American Congress of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (FACOG) and is an active candidate for board certification in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility.

Jonathan Richards, Lab DirectorJonathan Richards,
Lab Director

Jonathan Richards has a B.S. in Biochemistry and Microbiology from the University of Pittsburgh and an M.S. in Industrial Administration from Carnegie Mellon University. He started his career in 1983 at the University of Pittsburgh in the ART program at Magee-Women´s Hospital. His first position as laboratory director was in 1986 at the Northwest Center for Infertility and Reproductive Endocrinology in Margate, Florida. He returned to Pittsburgh to complete his graduate studies and in 1990 became the laboratory director at Fertility Associates, Inc. in Monroeville, PA. He has been the Laboratory Director at CORM since 1995.




Tess Enriquez, AdministratorTess Enriquez, Administrator

Tess Enriquez received her Bachelor of Arts degree major in economics from the University of Santo Tomas, Manila, Philippines. She completed her MBA degree from Columbia Southern University with concentration in healthcare management.

Prior to joining CORM, Tess assumed various healthcare management positions with core competencies in the areas of administration, practice management, managed care, rehabilitation, human resources, marketing, business development, customer relations, fiscal management and fund development.

In her current capacity as practice administrator, Tess plans and directs all aspects of CORM’s short-term and long-term financial and operations goals, policies, objectives and initiatives.
